Description

  • Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and scope decisions.
  • Take the product from an internal system to a customer-facing offering through iterative 0-to-1 development.
  • Research how developers and AI agents write, test, review, and ship software.
  • Recruit design partners, gather feedback, and translate insights into product priorities.
  • Own the developer experience, including product evaluation, configuration, adoption, and onboarding.
  • Lead launch planning across positioning, naming, documentation, pricing, and go-to-market narrative.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Experience, Product Marketing, and Product leadership.
  • Define launch readiness and keep the team aligned in a rapidly changing market.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience with developer-facing, infrastructure, security, or similarly technical products.
  • Experience building agent tools, such as coding agents, agent frameworks, MCP servers, evaluation systems, or model-driven developer tooling.
  • Deep understanding of CI systems, including builds, tests, caches, runners, artifacts, and merge gates.
  • Experience taking a technical product from early concept through launch and iteration.
  • Strong product judgment, prioritization skills, and ability to make tradeoffs.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with highly technical engineering teams and participate in design discussions.
  • Experience speaking directly with developers and assessing product adoption potential.
  • Strong written communication skills; the company makes decisions through documentation.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment without an established playbook.
  • Preferred: experience operating coding agents at production scale, developer platforms, build systems, remote execution, hosted development environments, cloud-native infrastructure, developer security products, or products serving both developers and enterprises.

  • Base salary range of $205,000–$231,000 USD.
