Description

  • Own end-to-end Professional Services delivery across onboarding, implementation, advisory, and expansion for an Enterprise segment.
  • Monitor and improve utilization, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction KPIs.
  • Act as the escalation point for complex or at-risk engagements.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Solutions Architects, including performance management, career development, and succession planning.
  • Partner with Professional Services leadership on hiring and capacity planning.
  • Standardize delivery methodologies, tools, best practices, and operational processes.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Support to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Support strategic and complex pre-sales opportunities and identify expansion opportunities with Sales and Customer Success.
  • Capture customer feedback and insights to improve products, services, packaging, pricing, and delivery.
  • Ensure services engagements achieve defined customer business outcomes.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Professional Services, Consulting, Customer Success, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience managing delivery teams or Professional Services operations for a customer segment.
  • Technical background in cybersecurity, DevOps, software engineering, or a related domain.
  • Strong project or program management capabilities.
  • Experience working cross-functionally in a high-growth technology environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
  • Must be located in the United Kingdom.
