Description

  • Lead the technical onboarding process for new enterprise customers and create onboarding plans based on customer goals and requirements.
  • Serve as the day-to-day post-sales contact for customers and build trusted relationships across stakeholder levels.
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally and advocate for customer needs and requirements across teams.
  • Collaborate with Technical Support and Customer Engineering to resolve customer issues quickly and effectively.
  • Develop hands-on product knowledge and stay current on features, industry trends, and best practices.
  • Partner with customers and the education team to deliver product, best-practice, and security training.
  • Work with sales teams to identify renewal and expansion opportunities while reducing churn risk.
  • Own a customer portfolio with a high degree of autonomy and make decisions to drive customer outcomes.
  • Coordinate with Solutions Architects, Product Management, Engineering, and Sales to ensure successful onboarding and ongoing support.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise, customer-facing roles working with both technical and business teams.
  • Experience in Customer Success, Professional Services, Technical Account Management, Sales, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Support.
  • Domain knowledge in one or more of: Supply Chain Security, DevSecOps, AppSec, security infrastructure, containers, regulatory compliance, vulnerability management, or the software development lifecycle.
  • Ability to take full ownership of a customer portfolio and operate with a high level of autonomy.
  • Strong decision-making skills for escalations, de-escalation, and internal advocacy across sales, product, engineering, and executive stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to create new processes and practices.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and priority management skills.
  • Commitment to continuous personal and professional development.
  • Preferred: previous early-stage startup experience.
  • Preferred: hands-on technical experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, containers, Linux, or related security and compliance domains.
