Description

  • Lead the technical onboarding process for new enterprise customers and create onboarding plans based on their goals and requirements.
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for customers and build relationships across technical and executive stakeholders.
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally and advocate for customer needs with product, engineering, sales, and support teams.
  • Collaborate with Technical Support and Customer Engineering to resolve customer issues quickly and effectively.
  • Develop hands-on product expertise and stay current on feature updates, industry trends, and best practices.
  • Partner with customers and the education team to deliver training on product features, best practices, and security principles.
  • Manage enterprise accounts proactively to drive adoption, deliver time-to-value, and reduce churn risk.
  • Work with sales teams to identify renewal and expansion opportunities.
  • Take ownership of the customer portfolio and make decisions to de-risk issues and escalate appropriately when needed.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise, customer-facing roles working with both technical and business teams.
  • Experience in Customer Success, Professional Services, Technical Account Management, Sales, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Support.
  • Domain knowledge in one or more of the following: Supply Chain Security, DevSecOps, AppSec, security infrastructure, containers, regulatory compliance requirements, vulnerability management, or the software development lifecycle.
  • Ability to operate strategically and proactively with a high level of autonomy.
  • Ability to make key decisions on customer escalations and internal advocacy across sales, product, engineering, and executive leadership.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to build new processes or practices as needed.
  • Strong commitment to continuous personal and professional development.
  • Driven, high emotional intelligence, and strong priority management skills.
  • Previous early-stage startup experience is strongly preferred.
  • Passion for technology and cybersecurity is strongly preferred.
  • Hands-on technical experience with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure), containers, Linux, or related security/compliance domains is strongly preferred.
