Description

  • Develop and execute integrated quarterly marketing plans aligned to Nordic and Benelux pipeline and revenue targets.
  • Drive full-funnel demand generation across priority accounts and key market segments.
  • Deliver field marketing programs such as executive roundtables, hosted events, industry conferences, webinars, and partner activations.
  • Localize and amplify global campaigns for regional audiences including security leaders, platform engineers, and DevOps teams.
  • Partner with Sales teams to identify, engage, and activate Tier 1 and strategic accounts.
  • Build targeted multi-touch campaigns that support complex enterprise buying journeys and accelerate opportunities through the funnel.
  • Act as a trusted marketing partner to Regional Directors, Sales teams, BDRs, and Partnerships.
  • Align on go-to-market priorities, territory planning, campaign execution, messaging, and tools that improve conversion and pipeline velocity.
  • Collaborate with cloud, channel, and technology partners to co-create and execute joint campaigns.
  • Support pan-EMEA campaigns and initiatives while sharing regional insights to improve messaging and campaign effectiveness.
  • Track and analyze pipeline contribution, engagement, and ROI metrics to optimize programs and investment decisions.
  • Build scalable processes and frameworks to support regional growth.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in field marketing, demand generation, or regional marketing within B2B technology.
  • Experience developing and executing regional marketing programs across Nordic and/or Benelux markets.
  • Experience in security, cloud, or developer tools is preferred.
  • Strong collaboration skills with Sales, SDR/BDR, Partnerships, and cross-functional teams.
  • Understanding of cloud-native, DevSecOps, or software supply chain security is highly desirable.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using marketing metrics, attribution, and insights to guide strategy and optimization.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across multiple levels of the organization.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 20–25% across the region for events, partner engagement, and team collaboration.
