Description

  • Develop and execute quarterly marketing plans aligned with pipeline goals across Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, the Philippines, and Vietnam.
  • Drive full-funnel demand generation across priority accounts and market segments.
  • Deliver field programs including executive roundtables, hosted events, conferences, webinars, and partner activations.
  • Localize global campaigns and use digital marketing and ABM strategies to engage regional audiences.
  • Partner with Sales to activate strategic accounts and create multi-touch campaigns for complex enterprise buying journeys.
  • Align with Regional Directors, Sales, BDRs, Partnerships, and SEs on GTM priorities, territory planning, and campaign execution.
  • Collaborate with cloud, channel, and technology partners on joint campaigns and regional GTM opportunities.
  • Support pan-APJ campaigns and share regional insights to improve messaging and campaign effectiveness.
  • Track pipeline contribution, engagement, and ROI, optimizing programs and building scalable regional processes.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in field marketing, demand generation, or regional marketing within B2B technology.
  • Experience executing regional marketing programs across Asian markets.
  • Experience in security, cloud, or developer tools is preferred.
  • Strong collaboration skills with Sales, SDR/BDR, Partnerships, and cross-functional teams.
  • Understanding of cloud-native, DevSecOps, or software supply chain security is highly desirable.
  • Data-driven approach with experience using marketing metrics, attribution, and performance insights.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across organizational levels.
  • Builder mentality and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Based in Singapore and willing to travel approximately 20–25% across the region.
