Description

  • Drive efficient sales growth within the assigned territory and meet New Business and Wellness Sales targets.
  • Manage approximately 10–12 Shelter Sales Agents across the territory.
  • Hire, develop, train, coach, and support Shelter Sales Agents.
  • Build and maintain relationships with shelter leadership and adoption teams.
  • Assess partner needs through onsite visits and follow-up meetings.
  • Explain Fetch’s competitive advantages and understand competing pet insurance products.
  • Identify new business opportunities and escalate them to management.
  • Manage territory administration, expenses, and monthly reporting.
  • Travel within the territory and represent Fetch at relevant events or conferences.
  • Deliver a customer experience that exceeds expectations.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated success managing and developing sales representatives, agents, or producers in performance-based environments.
  • Experience coaching teams and being accountable for performance and results.
  • Valid Property & Casualty license, or ability to obtain one within 30 days of hire.
  • Residence in the Eastern U.S. with convenient access to a major airport.
  • Reliable automobile and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
  • Willingness to travel to corporate headquarters and events or conferences as needed.

  • Base salary of $115,000–$150,000 plus eligibility for company bonus plans and additional bonuses.
