Description

  • Inherit and evolve the product vision, roadmap, and platform strategy for the AIVM ecosystem.
  • Translate complex technical capabilities into clear product strategy and market positioning.
  • Lead the design of the platform for agent developers, AI application teams, enterprises, node operators, and infrastructure providers.
  • Define core product primitives, including APIs, SDKs, execution layers, and developer experience.
  • Build and lead a high-performance product function with clear processes and execution discipline.
  • Drive end-to-end product execution from concept to mainnet and beyond.
  • Partner closely with engineering on architecture decisions, trade-offs, and delivery planning.
  • Serve as the central bridge between product, engineering, marketing, and business development.
  • Collaborate on go-to-market strategy, product launches, and product narrative.
  • Define, track, and use product and ecosystem KPIs to refine priorities and direction.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of product management experience, including 2–3+ years in leadership roles.
  • Technical experience is mandatory, with the ability to discuss product and technical topics fluently with engineering teams.
  • Solid understanding of AI/ML infrastructure, including inference, training, and compute economics.
  • Experience building platforms, infrastructure products, or developer-facing systems.
  • Strong background in blockchain or Web3, ideally in L1, L2, or AI ecosystems.
  • Proven ability to define and execute product strategy in complex, emerging markets.
  • Experience working in remote, fast-paced, high-ownership environments is strongly preferred.
  • Experience using AI agent infrastructure for optimization, such as Claude or OpenClaw, is a strong plus.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to align technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Comfort operating before product-market fit, including reducing ambiguity and making trade-offs.
