Description

  • Inherit and evolve the existing product vision, roadmap, and platform strategy for the AIVM ecosystem.
  • Translate complex technical capabilities into clear product strategy and market positioning.
  • Lead the design of AIVM as a multi-sided platform serving agent developers, enterprises, node operators, and data/compute/model providers.
  • Define core product primitives, including APIs, SDKs, execution layers, and developer experience.
  • Build and lead a high-performance product function from concept through mainnet and beyond.
  • Partner closely with engineering on architecture decisions, trade-offs, and delivery planning.
  • Run product and technical execution rituals to maintain roadmap clarity, accountability, and delivery momentum.
  • Act as the central bridge between product, engineering, marketing, and business development.
  • Collaborate on go-to-market strategy, product launches, and external narrative.
  • Define and track key product and ecosystem metrics, and use insights to refine priorities.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of product management experience, including 2–3+ years in leadership roles.
  • Technical experience is mandatory, with the ability to communicate effectively with engineering in technical language.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML infrastructure, including inference, training, and compute economics, is preferred.
  • Experience building platforms, infrastructure products, or developer-facing systems is preferred.
  • Strong background in blockchain or Web3, ideally across L1, L2, or AI ecosystems, is preferred.
  • Proven ability to define and execute product strategy in complex, emerging markets.
  • Experience working in remote, fast-paced, high-ownership environments is a strong plus.
  • Experience using AI agent infrastructure for optimization, such as Claude/OpenClaw, is a strong plus.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to align technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Comfort operating before product-market fit, where ambiguity reduction and trade-off decisions are required.
