Description

  • Develop and communicate product vision and strategy for Conversational AI teams in alignment with company goals.
  • Prioritize product features and enhancements using customer feedback, market research, competitive analysis, and business objectives.
  • Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap with milestones, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Infrastructure, Cloud, AI/ML, Sales, and Customer Success to drive platform improvements.
  • Champion a platform-first approach focused on high availability, low latency, and large-scale message processing.
  • Conduct market research on messaging, Conversational AI, AI-driven routing, and emerging LLM trends.
  • Engage enterprise customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to gather feedback and translate it into product improvements.
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success on go-to-market strategy and feature adoption.
  • Define KPIs and metrics to measure platform effectiveness and improve routing, latency, and resolution accuracy.
  • Stay current on Conversational AI, LLMs, and high-scale AI infrastructure best practices to inform innovation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years of product management experience.
  • Experience launching and managing SaaS products or platforms, preferably in AI/ML-centric enterprise products.
  • Deep understanding of Conversational AI systems, including NLP, LLMs, dialog management, and underlying technical architecture.
  • Proven ability to develop product strategy, prioritize features, and manage roadmap planning in a fast-paced agile environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience working with enterprise customers and a strong customer-focused mindset.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
  • Experience with AI performance metrics such as resolution rate, accuracy, and latency is preferred.
  • Passion for innovation and solving complex problems in a rapidly evolving Conversational AI industry.
