Description

  • Inherit and evolve the existing product vision, roadmap, and platform strategy for the AIVM ecosystem.
  • Translate complex technical capabilities into clear product strategy and market positioning.
  • Lead the design of AIVM as a multi-sided platform for agent developers, protocols, enterprises, node operators, and data or compute providers.
  • Define core product primitives, including APIs, SDKs, execution layers, and developer experience.
  • Build and lead a high-performance product function and establish product processes that balance speed, quality, and scalability.
  • Drive end-to-end product execution from concept through mainnet and beyond.
  • Partner closely with engineering on architecture decisions, trade-offs, and delivery planning.
  • Run product and technical execution rituals to maintain roadmap clarity, accountability, and momentum.
  • Act as the central bridge between product, engineering, marketing, and business development.
  • Collaborate on go-to-market strategy, product launches, partnerships, and narrative development.
  • Define and track core product and ecosystem KPIs, including developer adoption, agent deployments, network activity, and retention.
  • Use data and ecosystem insights to refine product direction and priorities.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in product management, including 2–3+ years in leadership roles.
  • Technical experience is mandatory, with the ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams in technical language.
  • Solid understanding of AI/ML infrastructure, including inference, training, and compute economics, preferred.
  • Experience building platforms, infrastructure products, or developer-facing systems, preferred.
  • Strong background in blockchain/Web3, ideally in L1, L2, or AI ecosystems, preferred.
  • Proven ability to define and execute product strategy in complex, emerging markets.
  • Experience working in remote, fast-paced, high-ownership environments, strongly preferred.
  • Experience using AI agent infrastructure for optimization, such as Claude/OpenClaw, is a strong plus.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to align technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Comfort operating before product-market fit, where ambiguity is high and trade-offs must be defined.
