Description

  • Prospect new clients across multiple channels, including phone, email, field outreach, WhatsApp, and events.
  • Develop and manage new relationships with restaurants and hotels across Italy.
  • Own the performance of an Italian territory within the Business Development team.
  • Position the CentralApp platform as an essential tool for entrepreneurs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client journey from first contact through signature and onboarding.
  • Maintain active communication with partners and participate in field events and local partner actions.
  • Gather market insights from the field and help shape the offer around local Italian client needs.
  • Represent CentralApp as an ambassador in the Italian market.

Requirements

  • Passion for the restaurant and hospitality industry, with strong awareness of market trends.
  • Solid understanding of how local businesses operate and the challenges they face.
  • Strong motivation for human interaction and helping entrepreneurs grow.
  • Ability to explain complex tech concepts clearly and engagingly.
  • Remarkable autonomy and rigor, with openness to constructive feedback.
  • Native-level Italian is essential; good command of English is indispensable.
  • Additional languages are a plus.
  • Previous experience in hospitality/restaurant roles or in SaaS for local businesses is an appreciated asset.
