Description

Monitor customer environments using Icinga and NCentral.
Own the success of the patching toolset for customers.
Manage and apply security patches and updates across endpoints and servers.
Maintain and patch server firmware and server operating systems.
Troubleshoot systems and infrastructure issues for managed services clients.
Communicate with clients to understand technical requirements and provide solutions.
Record time on tickets and document work performed accurately.
Create and update technical documentation.
Collaborate with colleagues to improve processes and implement more efficient ways of working.
Identify gaps in existing processes and help develop and implement new ones.
Work with external third-party organisations to resolve day-to-day technology issues.
Participate in occasional paid overtime when required.

Requirements

Experience with monitoring toolsets such as Icinga and NCentral.
Solid technical background in systems, infrastructure, and patch management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Willingness to learn new technology solutions and concepts.
Coachable attitude and openness to working outside your comfort zone.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Ability to attend training, self-study, and pass vendor certifications.
Valid Vulnerable People / Working with Children Check (WWCC) and Police Check required.
