Description

  • Establish the product value proposition and messaging for target markets and buyer personas.
  • Author high-quality business and technical content across print, web, social media, video, blogs, whitepapers, demos, and diagrams.
  • Define and execute the technical marketing plan for one or more product areas from launch through scale.
  • Lead technical storytelling and technical go-to-market efforts grounded in hands-on product expertise.
  • Translate customer needs, technical requirements, use cases, and edge cases into product marketing collateral.
  • Collaborate with demand marketing to run campaigns aimed at security decision makers.
  • Launch products and work with marketing teams to support awareness and pipeline goals.
  • Enable sales and channel teams to present the product and become subject matter experts in internet intelligence.
  • Partner with product management, go-to-market, and sales teams on cross-functional planning and execution.
  • Participate in product roadmap discussions by identifying gaps, technical debt, feasibility trade-offs, and opportunity costs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, ideally in Security Operations, Threat Hunting, Attack Surface Management, or Cyber Threat Intelligence.
  • Experience in product marketing, product management, solutions engineering, sales engineering, solutions architecture, or technical customer success.
  • Knowledge of internet infrastructure as it relates to tracking malware or APTs.
  • Experience managing Product-Led Growth (PLG) initiatives.
  • Experience with marketing campaigns targeting security decision makers.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders and customers.
  • Ability to develop and deliver engaging presentations for internal teams, industry conferences, and customer briefings.
  • Strong comfort with technical detail, design trade-offs, and technical audiences.
  • Remote work eligibility for candidates across the continental US; in-person onboarding in Ann Arbor is preferred if hired.

Benefits

  • Salary range of $145,000 to $186,000 for high cost of living areas, or $127,000 to $160,000 for other locations.
