Description

  • Develop and execute regional marketing plans aligned with national priorities and local sales objectives.
  • Identify market opportunities, cultural moments, and activation strategies to support regional growth.
  • Build quarterly activation calendars focused on consumer trial, retail conversion, and food service penetration.
  • Partner with Sales, distributors, retailers, food service operators, agencies, vendors, and community organizations.
  • Manage regional marketing budgets, forecasting, invoices, reporting, and ROI optimization.
  • Lead regional activations, sponsorships, sampling programs, and experiential initiatives.
  • Manage and develop assigned employees, ensuring accountability and executional excellence.
  • Oversee regional logistics, inventory, warehouse operations, and activation assets.
  • Track performance metrics and provide insights, recaps, and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Support forecasting, inventory planning, national initiatives, and broader business planning with market insights.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in field, experiential, or regional marketing within CPG, beverage, food service, or a related industry.
  • Experience developing integrated marketing programs and partnering with sales teams and distributor networks.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% domestically throughout the Western Region.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and delivering measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong strategic planning, project management, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and accountable with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license and successful completion of an MVR screening.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods during activations and events.
  • Willingness and ability to work as a field-based manager in the Western Region.

  • $80,000–$95,000 base salary, dependent on experience and location.
