Description

  • Plan and carry out merchandising initiatives across assigned accounts.
  • Call on target grocery, specialty, health club, and convenience store accounts.
  • Sell in PDQs, displays, and end-cap placement with store managers.
  • Communicate sales leads and incremental opportunities to the territory manager.
  • Expand product distribution within account guidelines and store approval.
  • Ensure shelves, cold vaults, and coolers are stocked and merchandised to brand standards.
  • Rotate backstock and maintain displays, racks, cold space, and warm shelf according to account guidelines.
  • Place point-of-sale materials as approved by the account manager.
  • Participate in new store openings and store reset support.
  • Conduct demos upon request and take weekly photos for reporting.
  • Develop and maintain a list of target and key accounts for weekly and monthly planning.
  • Make 15-20 account calls per day and track them in the Celsius sales app.
  • Submit weekly work logs, mileage, and other required documentation.

Requirements

  • 0-2 years of experience in retail or merchandising.
  • Prior merchandising experience is a plus.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Ability to work a flexible 40-hour schedule, Wednesday through Sunday.
  • Valid U.S. driver's license and excellent driving record.
  • Must pass an MVR screening.
  • Personal vehicle required, with an allowance provided.
  • Must live within the assigned county area.
  • Motivated, enthusiastic, and positive attitude.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced industry.
  • Must be a self-starter, team player, and committed to outstanding customer service.
