Description

  • Translate client strategy into operational roadmaps using process intelligence software.
  • Identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities across procurement, inventory management, supply chain, and finance.
  • Develop business cases and AI roadmaps that support transformation initiatives.
  • Lead process improvement workstreams for large-scale programs at Fortune 500 clients.
  • Deploy and operationalize Process Mining Centers of Excellence.
  • Coordinate architecture reviews, executive workshops, demos, and technical execution across teams.
  • Create custom data models, dashboards, and automations to resolve data and process issues.
  • Facilitate process mapping workshops and accelerate proof-of-concepts for business decisions.
  • Perform architectural risk reviews and help define guardrails for AI data collection, privacy, and Responsible AI.
  • Develop standards and best practices for process analysis, automation, deployment, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of relevant experience designing and operationalizing large-scale cloud, edge, AI, or enterprise platforms.
  • Experience in retail, logistics, or supply chain-intensive environments, ideally combined with strategy consulting.
  • Proven consulting progression at the Consultant, Senior Consultant, Manager, Director, or Vice President level.
  • Track record of leading large-scale transformation programs with measurable P&L, working capital, inventory, logistics, or cash flow impact.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multi-year deployments for multinational CPG clients.
  • Deep understanding of accounts payable and procurement operations.
  • Working knowledge of modern supply chain systems such as SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, TMS, and WMS.
  • Ability to translate Celonis use cases into a customer’s business landscape.
  • Strong stakeholder management experience with business leaders, application owners, server owners, and managed service providers.
  • Certified Celonis Value Assessment Expert preferred.
