Description

  • Manage multiple clients and their associated projects while maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Confirm project scope with clients and operational teams to ensure adherence to contractual scope, timelines, and budget.
  • Engage team members and functional managers to develop, assign, and prioritize work based on project needs.
  • Take corrective action with Operations as needed to control project scope and cost.
  • Conduct frequent project meetings from project inception through closeout to maintain communication.
  • Create, review, and maintain project documentation including RFIs, budgets, meeting minutes, timelines, client issues, risk lists, and change requests.
  • Implement change management to address bottlenecks and improve processes and procedures.
  • Update databases to track project status and support financial reporting.
  • Host client visits and conduct facility tours.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; degree emphasis in a life science discipline preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical research industry experience highly preferred.
  • Phase I project management experience preferred.
  • Strong organization and multitasking skills.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Sound judgment, problem-solving, persuading, and negotiating skills.
  • Ability to work remotely from anywhere in the U.S.
  • Experience leading projects through the full project life cycle is preferred.
