Description

  • Own sales performance and results for the assigned U.S. territory.
  • Develop and execute territory account and business plans to support gedatolisib adoption and revenue goals.
  • Identify and address access barriers in coordination with Market Access and Marketing partners.
  • Work compliantly with the Medical Science Liaison to educate the local breast cancer community and respond to clinical inquiries.
  • Present gedatolisib in a professional, ethical, and compliant manner and support appropriate product use.
  • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with customers in assigned accounts.
  • Represent Celcuity at regional and local medical conferences to expand access to healthcare professionals.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including Sales, Commercial Operations, Market Analytics, Medical Affairs, and Legal/Compliance.
  • Use CRM, targeting databases, leads, and reporting systems to guide territory execution and performance management.
  • Manage resources and operating costs within budget and complete ad hoc business projects as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; scientific or business degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years of sales or similar customer-facing experience, such as key account management, market access, or thought leader engagement.
  • 3+ years of strong results-oriented sales performance in oncology biotech or pharmaceuticals.
  • Demonstrated track record as a top sales performer.
  • Experience selling scientifically innovative products that require multiple stakeholder buy-in to enable access.
  • Experience selling in a competitive market.
  • Strong technical understanding of Buy and Bill and medical benefit experience in oncology.
  • Recent experience within the last 10 years in breast cancer is preferred.
  • Established relationships and access to breast cancer treaters and experts within the assigned territory is preferred.
  • Oncology branded drug launch experience is preferred.
  • Experience in both small/emerging biopharma and mature, full-scale biopharma organizations is preferred.
  • Experience in solid tumors, rather than hematology only, is preferred.
