Description

  • Build relationships with existing and new customers through outside sales meetings and calls.
  • Provide integrated application engineering and design support for a wide range of ventilation applications.
  • Work directly with engineers, contractors, end users, and food service dealers.
  • Support inside sales, application engineering, and outside sales activities on a daily basis.
  • Prepare presentations, quotes, submittals, and technical product support materials.
  • Visit job sites and provide hands-on troubleshooting and service support for existing equipment.
  • Educate and promote CaptiveAire products through calls, meetings, presentations, and product demos.
  • Research and develop new business opportunities with both new and existing users.
  • Manage installation projects, including schedules and coordination to ensure equipment arrives on site when needed.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve processes and the customer experience.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience.
  • A 4-year technical degree in mechanical, electrical, construction, or a science-oriented curriculum is preferred.
  • Excellent computer, organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability with a passion for continuous learning.
  • Strong desire to interface directly with customers.
  • Willingness to embrace new technologies and demonstrate business savvy.
  • Passion for work with an aggressive drive to succeed.
  • Willingness to travel for various training opportunities.
  • Must be a self-starter and highly motivated.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
