Description

  • Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders in designated tumor types.
  • Develop and sustain cross-functional partnerships with commercial teams and Clinical Development associates.
  • Expand research, advisory, and educational partnership opportunities with key opinion leaders.
  • Support Clinical Development by identifying and educating potential clinical trial sites and troubleshooting trial conduct issues as needed.
  • Develop deep scientific expertise in Celcuity’s products, relevant disease states, and therapeutic area clinical practice.
  • Communicate scientific content verbally and in writing to external stakeholders and internal teams.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, SOPs, and guidance documents.
  • Provide scientific training to internal colleagues.
  • Participate as a scientific expert in Medical, Legal, and Regulatory review processes as needed.
  • Capture, categorize, and communicate key clinical insights from the field.
  • Travel within the assigned territory and across the U.S. for medical conferences.

Requirements

  • MD, PharmD, PhD in Life Sciences, D.Sc., D.N.P., or D.O. degree.
  • 3+ years of related pharmaceutical Medical Science Liaison experience.
  • Solid tumor oncology experience.
  • Breast cancer experience.
  • Knowledge of clinical research design and GCP in oncology.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to convey complex scientific concepts to varied audiences, including physicians, nurses, patient advocacy groups, and formulary committees.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Experience with payor groups, market access teams, formulary committees, and treatment guidelines.
  • Experience managing territory resources and budgets; demonstrated self-starter.
  • Experience at a small or start-up biopharmaceutical company.
  • Experience launching products.

Benefits

  • Anticipated base salary range of $230,000 to $256,000 depending on geography, qualifications, skills, and experience.
