Description

  • Conduct discovery sessions and gather requirements with clients, product managers, and technical teams.
  • Design user journeys, interfaces, and interaction models that are intuitive and well-constructed.
  • Create storyboards, wireframes, process flows, and low-to-high fidelity prototypes for client presentation.
  • Develop user personas and user flows aligned to client needs and the overall product vision.
  • Synthesize graphic design, psychology, and software development into engaging user experiences.
  • Translate client Statement of Work documents into design specifications and supporting collateral.
  • Collaborate across multiple concurrent client engagements and workstreams.
  • Prioritize user needs and trade-offs to identify the best solution.
  • Support the foundation for development of polished, enjoyable user experiences.
  • Work effectively in a dynamic, cross-functional, fully remote environment.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design.
  • Experience reviewing client Statement of Work documentation and defining design specifications.
  • Strong written communication and visual storytelling skills.
  • Experience with Figma, Penpot, Balsamiq, Canva, and Lucidchart.
  • Ability to design and help construct rapid prototypes for fast feedback cycles.
  • Experience working in client-facing professional services environments.
  • Interest in solving client challenges and partnering with technical teams.
  • Comfort working in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
  • Preferred: experience as part of an Agile project team.
  • Preferred: familiarity with HTML, CSS, React, Vue, and Angular.
  • Preferred: familiarity with GenAI, APIs, CI/CD, databases, and repositories.
  • Preferred: experience with AWS services and tools.
  • Preferred: experience delivering cloud-based products and solutions.
  • Visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
