Description

  • Conduct user and business research to inform interface design, especially for onboarding journeys.
  • Gather and interpret user feedback and data to guide design decisions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project objectives and target audiences.
  • Create wireframes, layouts, mockups, and designs that support user and business goals.
  • Design intuitive and engaging onboarding flows and AI feature interactions.
  • Adapt designs for different devices and screen sizes.
  • Develop interactive prototypes to test and validate design concepts.
  • Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on customer feedback and user data.
  • Define navigation flows, interaction patterns, and information architecture.
  • Partner with developers and product managers to ensure design feasibility and consistent implementation.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Product Designer, preferably in tech startups with a strong UX focus.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design work and successful projects.
  • Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools.
  • Deep understanding of UX/UI design principles and the ability to create high-quality user interfaces.
  • Experience adapting designs for various devices.
  • Strong analytical skills for conducting user research and analyzing data.
  • Ability to gather insights and apply them to design solutions.
  • Proficiency in English is required.
  • Strong proactive cross-cultural communication skills for remote work across time zones.
  • Empathy-driven design thinking and a systematic, logical problem-solving approach.
