Description

Conduct user and business research to inform interface design, especially for onboarding journeys.
Gather and interpret user feedback and data to guide design decisions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project objectives and target audiences.
Create wireframes, layouts, mockups, and designs that support user and business goals.
Design intuitive and engaging onboarding flows and AI feature interactions.
Adapt designs for different devices and screen sizes.
Develop interactive prototypes to test and validate design concepts.
Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on customer feedback and user data.
Define navigation flows, interaction patterns, and information architecture.
Partner with developers and product managers to ensure design feasibility and consistent implementation.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Product Designer, preferably in tech startups with a strong UX focus.
A strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design work and successful projects.
Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools.
Deep understanding of UX/UI design principles and the ability to create high-quality user interfaces.
Experience adapting designs for various devices.
Strong analytical skills for conducting user research and analyzing data.
Ability to gather insights and apply them to design solutions.
Proficiency in English is required.
Strong proactive cross-cultural communication skills for remote work across time zones.
Empathy-driven design thinking and a systematic, logical problem-solving approach.
