Description

  • Conduct discovery sessions and gather client requirements for UX/UI projects.
  • Design user journeys, interfaces, and interaction models that are intuitive and well-constructed.
  • Create storyboards, wireframes, process flows, and low- to high-fidelity prototypes for client presentation.
  • Develop user personas and user flows aligned to client needs and project vision.
  • Partner with clients, product managers, and technical teams throughout discovery and design.
  • Translate user needs, priorities, and trade-offs into practical design solutions.
  • Take client user journeys from vision through implementation with a client-first, user-centric mindset.
  • Manage multiple concurrent workstreams across several client engagements.
  • Support the foundation for development of enjoyable, production-ready user experiences.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design.
  • Experience reviewing client Statement of Work documents, defining design specifications, and creating client collateral.
  • Strong written communication and visual storytelling skills.
  • Experience with UX/UI tools such as Figma, Penpot, Balsamiq, Canva, and Lucidchart.
  • Ability to design and help build rapid prototypes for fast feedback cycles.
  • Experience in client-facing environments and professional services engagements.
  • Interest in solving client challenges and partnering with technologists.
  • Comfort working in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
  • Preferred: Experience as a member of an Agile project team.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with HTML, CSS, React, Vue, and Angular.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with GenAI, APIs, CI/CD, databases, and repositories.
  • Preferred: Experience working with AWS services and tools.
  • Preferred: Experience delivering cloud-based products and solutions.
  • Visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
