Description

  • Identify and prospect potential clients using lead lists and campaigns.
  • Run demand-generation campaigns in collaboration with the sales team.
  • Contact prospects through email and LinkedIn.
  • Schedule high-quality meetings for inside sales representatives and account executives.
  • Attend scheduled meetings with sales representatives and provide meeting notes.
  • Follow up with interested prospects who did not purchase Caylent’s services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and resilience in response to rejection or criticism.
  • Ability to think strategically and tactically and solve problems effectively.
  • Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent active-listening and phone-etiquette skills.
  • Experience collaborating with internal and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong computer literacy skills.
  • Visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
