Description

  • Design, build, and maintain internal developer platforms, self-service tools, and on-demand development environments.
  • Own and drive the evolution of the developer environments platform.
  • Lead company-wide CI/CD initiatives and build and maintain deployment pipelines.
  • Promote software delivery best practices across engineering teams.
  • Design, implement, and operate cloud-native infrastructure, including Kubernetes-based environments, monitoring solutions, automation frameworks, and internal services.
  • Improve self-service capabilities, automation, and overall developer experience.
  • Collaborate closely with devex, developers, automation, and infrastructure teams across the organization.
  • Independently drive projects from idea to execution.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, or similar roles within SaaS environments.
  • Experience with GitOps platforms such as ArgoCD or Flux.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes in production environments.
  • Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines; Jenkins or GitHub Actions is an advantage.
  • Programming experience in Go, Python, or similar languages.
  • Experience with AWS cloud services.
  • Strong Linux administration and troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience with monitoring and observability tools.
  • Strong understanding of software development processes and developer workflows.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to independently lead projects and drive initiatives from concept to execution.
  • Experience working in monorepo environments is preferred.
  • Experience building developer portals, internal platforms, or developer-facing tools is preferred.
  • Frontend development experience with React is an advantage.
