Description

  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automate deployments and infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code.
  • Operate and monitor production systems and improve observability to detect issues early.
  • Work closely with the development team to make release processes faster and more reliable.
  • Participate in incident response and help handle operational incidents.
  • Ensure security and compliance requirements such as ISO 27001, BSI C5, and DSGVO are consistently followed in day-to-day operations.

Requirements

  • Completed training as an IT specialist (Fachinformatiker) or a comparable qualification with at least 3 years of professional experience.
  • Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code and system/process automation, for example with Ansible, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and monitoring/observability.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or TypeScript.
  • Experience in dynamic work environments, ideally in a start-up or scale-up context.
  • Very good German language skills, written and spoken, at least C1.
  • Ability to take ownership and drive topics forward independently.
  • Pragmatic, solution-oriented working style with a strong commitment to quality.
  • Enjoys sharing knowledge and collaborating in a team.
  • Willingness to take on new challenges and continue learning.
