Description

  • Own the health of assigned customer accounts and help customers realize the full value of their investment.
  • Build meaningful relationships with key customer stakeholders and internal teams including Sales, Customer Success, R&D, and Support Engineering.
  • Lead Cato’s post-sales motion from deployment through renewal.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with customers.
  • Manage renewals and upsell opportunities.
  • Support customer adoption and expansion across the customer lifecycle.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers and help them succeed with the platform.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience, ideally in a Customer Success or sales role at a high-growth SaaS software or technology vendor.
  • Exposure to networking or security software solutions is a plus.
  • Excellent customer communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to listen, understand customer needs, and find sustainable solutions.
  • Ability to influence and persuade at all levels and earn trusted advisor status with stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a nimble, fast-paced environment.
  • Effective problem-solving mindset with ownership and follow-through.
  • Comfortable working within a geographically distributed team in a hypergrowth global organization.
