Description

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to strategic customers throughout the Cato SASE implementation lifecycle.
  • Provide technical guidance on operating and optimizing customer deployments according to Cato best practices.
  • Maintain expert-level implementation proficiency across Cato products and services.
  • Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders and partners through a consultative approach.
  • Assist customers with configuration, implementation, and expansion of Cato SASE services and functions.
  • Keep customers informed about product and service updates and help drive adoption of new enhancements.
  • Coordinate enablement of Cato SASE features with customer IT teams and external partners.
  • Facilitate support tickets to ensure prioritization and timely resolution of platform issues.
  • Collaborate with professional services, customer success, product, support, and engineering teams to share field feedback and best practices.
  • Identify potential account growth opportunities in partnership with the Customer Success team.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a multi-vendor IT infrastructure environment, ideally in solution operations and/or engineering.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with network routing and switching, including static routing, BGP, and OSPF.
  • At least 3 years of experience in one or more areas such as firewalls and proxy services, secure web gateway, CASB, DLP, RBI, identity and privilege management integration, intrusion prevention systems, or packet analysis.
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role with a high-tech software or technology vendor.
  • Experience deploying or managing enterprise IT infrastructure securely using industry best practices and frameworks such as PCI-DSS, NIST, ISO, COBIT, HITRUST, or GDPR.
  • Experience with major public cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Exposure to web-based APIs and scripting languages.
  • Excellent customer interaction, presentation, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and earn trusted advisor status.
  • Strong organizational skills and comfort working in an agile, fast-paced, distributed global environment.
  • Relevant industry-recognized certifications such as CCNP/CCIE, JNCIP/JNCIE, or CISSP are a plus.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
  • Fluency in English is required.
