Description

  • Own the product roadmap across the core API, Catena Connect carrier onboarding, customer dashboard, Track-and-Trace, and fleet intelligence products.
  • Conduct direct customer discovery to understand workflows, pain points, and decision-making, then translate findings into clear engineering requirements.
  • Coordinate leadership, engineering, forward-deployed engineering, and go-to-market teams on priorities and delivery timelines.
  • Shape data products including normalized schemas, write-back flows, webhooks, scorecards, and AI-agent-facing surfaces.
  • Define success metrics tied to customer outcomes, product consumption, expansion, and retention.
  • Partner with Customer Success and forward-deployed engineering to drive product adoption and expansion.
  • Iterate quickly, communicate early, and deliver products on predictable timelines.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience in freight, logistics, telematics, or supply chain.
  • Experience with B2B data products, APIs, or platforms, including API documentation, schema design, and requirements writing.
  • Proven ability to take products from concept through launch and iteration against committed timelines.
  • Strong customer discovery skills and experience gathering requirements directly from users.
  • Ability to simplify complex systems for developers, operators, and executives.
  • Comfort working with high autonomy and accountability in an early-stage company.
  • Hands-on experience with telematics platforms such as Samsara, Motive, or Geotab, TMS systems, or fleet-adjacent fintech (preferred).
  • Exposure to geospatial or real-time event-driven systems (preferred).
  • Experience at an early-stage or high-growth startup and familiarity with AI-agent-facing or data-intensive products (preferred).
