Description

  • Manage the global marketing automation platform and related technology stack to support marketing operations.
  • Maintain database health, manage lead imports, and improve workflow efficiency for marketing data.
  • Execute email and nurture programs to support campaigns and product communications.
  • Set up, track, and optimize marketing campaigns, deliverables, and milestones across teams.
  • Create reports and dashboards for funnel KPIs, campaign performance, email performance, and marketing revenue targets.
  • Provide campaign templates and reporting assets to regional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Document processes, updates, best practices, and training materials to support tool adoption.
  • Use workflows and segmentation to enable targeted and personalized marketing programs.
  • Own the end-to-end campaign calendar and keep weekly planning, deadlines, and dependencies on track.
  • Manage work tracking in Monday.com, including boards, timelines, status updates, and stakeholder visibility.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or data science.
  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, automation, performance reporting, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a global administrator for Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including integrations and workflows.
  • Experience leading projects involving journey mapping, lead flow/scoring, and nurture programs.
  • Proven experience managing integrated marketing campaign calendars, deliverables, and milestone-based execution.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to integrate and analyze data across multiple sources.
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools, preferably Monday.com, for workflow and reporting management.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple workstreams and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills with a detail-oriented, execution-focused approach.
  • Experience scaling processes and standardizing workflows in support of global marketing operations is preferred.
