Description

  • Conduct outbound outreach to prospective program participants from a structured referral queue.
  • Introduce the program in plain, patient-centered language and explain its benefits clearly.
  • Build rapport with older adults, including patients who are skeptical, confused, or reluctant.
  • Handle questions and objections with warmth and confidence to secure enrollment.
  • Obtain all required verbal consents in the correct sequence and ensure compliance gates are met before scheduling.
  • Gather required patient information during calls and document it accurately in real time across multiple systems.
  • Schedule the initiating clinical appointment during the enrollment call when the patient agrees to participate.
  • Document outreach attempts, outcomes, and patient details in program systems consistently and accurately.
  • Respond constructively to quality reviews, call coaching, and performance feedback.
  • Track outreach, contact, enrollment, show rate, re-engagement, documentation accuracy, and call quality metrics.

Requirements

  • Proven outbound sales, conversion, or telephonic outreach experience.
  • Track record of objection handling and closing in a high-volume call environment.
  • Ability to sustain energy, warmth, and professionalism across a full day of back-to-back calls.
  • Comfort and effectiveness engaging with older adults, including those who are skeptical or hard to reach.
  • Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously during a live call; multi-screen proficiency required.
  • Compliance-oriented mindset with the ability to follow process gates without cutting corners under pressure.
  • Metric-oriented mindset with strong ownership of follow-through and personal performance.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Nimble, adaptive, and comfortable working in ambiguity within a fast-changing environment.
  • Authorized to work in the US without employer sponsorship.
  • Healthcare background in patient access, medical front desk, insurance verification, or care coordination (preferred).
  • Experience working with Medicare-enrolled or older adult populations (preferred).
  • Familiarity with EHR, referral management, or care coordination platforms (preferred).
  • Remote work experience with a demonstrated track record of self-directed performance (preferred).
  • Bilingual skills in Spanish or other languages depending on target population (preferred).
