Description

  • Answer inbound calls and support customers with order placement, reorders, product questions, returns, and website navigation.
  • Provide quality customer service experiences that help customers feel valued, supported, and cared for.
  • Build customer relationships based on trust, kindness, and reliability.
  • Recommend products that best serve customers’ interests.
  • Use active listening, clarify information, and de-escalate upset or challenging customer interactions.
  • Utilize software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately while following company procedures.
  • Participate in ongoing training and learning opportunities.
  • Maintain required service metrics including CSAT, pitch rate, average handle time, and quality scores.

Requirements

  • Must be located in Alberta, Canada.
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer care or a related customer service role.
  • Strong service attitude, including volunteer experience or passion projects that demonstrate customer focus.
  • Excellent active listening, written and verbal communication skills, and a professional phone voice.
  • Proficiency with computers and strong typing skills.
  • Reliable access to a private, secure, quiet workspace.
  • Reliable high-speed internet with a minimum download speed of 10 Mbps per person connected to wireless internet.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in Canada; sponsorship is not available.
  • Ability to complete and graduate from a 2-week training program from Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm EST, June 22 - July 3.
  • Experience working in healthcare, such as PSW, CNA, PCW, or Nurse experience, is a bonus.
  • Experience in a high-volume contact center environment is a bonus.
