Description

  • Develop new learning content, including instructor-led training (ILT) and computer-based training (CBT).
  • Maintain and update existing learning materials.
  • Facilitate new hire, refresher, and upskill training in a fully remote environment.
  • Train employees on telephony systems, electronic health records, and internal tools.
  • Conduct role plays, simulations, and hands-on learning activities.
  • Reinforce workflows, quality standards, and performance expectations through coaching.
  • Support onboarding coordination and training administration.
  • Partner with operations leaders and subject matter experts to align training with business needs.
  • Identify training gaps and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of training development experience.
  • 3+ years of virtual facilitation experience.
  • Experience working with an AI-enabled LMS and tools such as Zoom or Teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to train on policies, systems, workflows, and job-specific processes.
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles.
  • Excellent writing, communication, and engagement skills.
  • Ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Preferred: 5+ years of training development experience.
  • Preferred: 5+ years of facilitation experience, including at least 3 years in a virtual environment.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with AI-assisted authoring tools.
  • Preferred: Experience in healthcare, clinical operations, or telehealth.
  • Preferred: Experience coaching in a regulated, performance-driven environment.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with HIPAA, FWA, and other compliance laws.
  • Preferred: Experience supporting high-growth, multi-state teams.
  • Must use a Windows or Apple macOS computer only; Chromebooks, Linux machines, and smartphones are not allowed.
  • Must have Windows 10 or macOS 14 Sonoma or later.
  • Hardware requirements include Intel Core i5 or AMD equivalent for Windows, Apple Silicon for Macs, and 16 GB RAM.
  • Wired headphones are required; built-in microphones are not allowed.
  • Must meet 100 Mbps download and 50 Mbps upload internet speed requirements with an ethernet connection to the router.
  • Must use Google Chrome with Amazon Workspaces.
  • A webcam is required for video calls.
  • A second monitor is highly recommended for laptop users, and dual monitors are recommended for PC users.
