Description

  • Build relationships with physicians, clinical staff, and healthcare institutions to support NavDx ordering, reporting, surveillance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Onboard customers, educate clinical teams, optimize workflows, and implement NavDx testing and surveillance protocols.
  • Serve as the primary contact for inquiries involving test ordering, results, reimbursement, portal access, and related services.
  • Coordinate with laboratory, reimbursement, Patient Navigation, Sales, and other teams to support accurate processing and patient access.
  • Monitor ordering patterns, testing adherence, and surveillance utilization to identify gaps and recommend improvements.
  • Lead initiatives to streamline ordering, increase provider portal adoption, and improve customer and patient experiences.
  • Partner with Sales on account strategies, utilization reviews, patient testing analyses, and surveillance assessments.
  • Maintain communication preferences, notification settings, customer records, and patient data accuracy.
  • Execute operational projects and comply with HIPAA, CLIA, FDA, quality, privacy, and company requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
  • 2–5 years of full-time experience in clinical operations or analytics within a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in a commercial-stage life sciences or diagnostics company, physician office, clinic, or hospital.
  • Strong communication skills and demonstrated ability to engage with customers and healthcare professionals.
  • Experience working with nurses, physician assistants, or physician office staff is highly beneficial.
  • Proficiency with Excel, Salesforce.com, and Tableau, including data analysis, reporting, and dashboard management.
  • High integrity and consistent adherence to ethical standards.
  • Preferred: Registered Nurse (RN) credential.
  • Preferred: Direct oncology experience.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, drive results, lead, collaborate, and think innovatively.

Benefits

  • Remote position available in the United States.
  • Anticipated base salary of $65,000–$75,000 USD.
  • Potential eligibility for discretionary bonuses or incentives.
  • Potential eligibility for restricted stock units.
