Description

  • Develop dashboards and analytical reports to monitor, maintain, and improve quality standards.
  • Analyze key performance data to identify drivers impacting patient service and trial delivery.
  • Produce ad hoc and recurring analytics and reporting to support business goals and initiatives.
  • Partner with leaders across the value chain to gather information and track organizational performance.
  • Define and refine indicators across departments to assess execution performance, strengths, and opportunities.
  • Provide business support to the operations team and interface with strategic customers when needed.
  • Mentor junior analysts and support systems training across the organization.
  • Transform data into actionable insights that inform continuous improvement efforts.
  • Promote data quality and analytical best practices across enterprise reporting efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Computer Engineering, Business, or another related field.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Power BI.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines in changing priorities.
  • Comfort working in ambiguous environments and thinking conceptually.
  • High productivity, curiosity, and ability to build a narrative from quantitative findings.
  • Ability to work 100% remotely in a remote office environment.
  • Less than 10% travel required, with occasional planned national travel.
  • Experience mentoring junior analysts or supporting training efforts (preferred).
