Description

Run full-cycle recruiting from intake through sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers, and closing candidates.
Actively source passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and outbound outreach.
Recruit across Europe and the Americas, including Spain, Switzerland, Serbia, Panama, the US, and broader LATAM.
Fill primarily sales and commercial positions, including field sales agents and sales managers, as well as logistics and support roles.
Own the ATS end to end in Workable, including pipelines, stages, reporting, and clean candidate data.
Partner with hiring managers to align on role requirements and deliver strong shortlists quickly.
Maintain low time-to-fill while ensuring shortlist quality.
Post roles and screen candidates in both Spanish and English.

Requirements

Proven full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in agency, RPO, or high-volume in-house environments.
Track record of successfully filling sales and commercial roles.
Strong active sourcing skills, including the ability to find passive candidates.
Native or near-native Spanish and professional English are both mandatory.
Experience recruiting across US and European markets.
Comfort running an ATS from day one; Workable experience is a strong plus.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and deliver shortlists remotely.
Experience supporting high-volume or fast-paced hiring is preferred.
