Description

  • Provide application engineering and design support for a wide range of ventilation applications.
  • Work directly with engineers, contractors, end users, and food service dealers.
  • Support inside sales, outside sales, and technical applications work on a daily basis.
  • Prepare presentations, quotes, submittals, and product demonstrations.
  • Visit job sites and provide hands-on troubleshooting and technical product support as needed.
  • Build relationships with existing customers while developing new business opportunities.
  • Educate and promote CaptiveAire products within the assigned market.
  • Manage installations in progress, including schedules and coordination to keep projects on track.
  • Support customers and end users with service, troubleshooting, and post-sale assistance.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve processes and the customer experience.

Requirements

  • 0-5 years of experience.
  • 4-year technical degree in mechanical, electrical, construction, or a science-oriented curriculum preferred.
  • Excellent computer, organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and a passion for continuous learning.
  • Strong desire to interface directly with customers.
  • Willingness to embrace new technologies and demonstrate business savvy.
  • Aggressive, self-driven attitude and a strong desire to succeed.
  • Willingness to travel for various training opportunities.
  • FE Exam completion within 6 months of employment for engineering graduates, if not already completed.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
