Description

  • Build relationships with existing and new customers through outside sales meetings and calls.
  • Provide application engineering and design support for a wide range of ventilation applications.
  • Support inside sales, quotes, submittals, and technical product documentation.
  • Manage installation projects, including schedules and on-site coordination.
  • Deliver service and technical support for existing equipment.
  • Assist contractors and end users with troubleshooting, including on-site wiring support and remote diagnostics.
  • Conduct presentations, product demos, and outreach to educate the market on CaptiveAire products.
  • Research and develop new business opportunities with new and existing users.
  • Work directly with engineers, contractors, end users, and food service dealers.
  • Continuously improve processes and enhance the customer experience.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience.
  • A 4-year technical degree in mechanical, electrical, construction, or a science-oriented curriculum is preferred.
  • Excellent computer, organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and a passion for continuous learning.
  • Strong desire to work directly with customers.
  • Ability to embrace new technologies and operate with business awareness.
  • Aggressive, self-driven attitude with a strong desire to succeed.
  • Willingness to travel for training opportunities.
  • FE Exam completion within 6 months of employment for engineering graduates, if not already completed.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
  • Experience with a customer-facing technical or sales role is preferred.
