Description

  • Provide integrated application engineering and design support for ventilation applications.
  • Work directly with engineers, contractors, end users, and food service dealers.
  • Handle inside sales support, application engineering, and outside sales activities.
  • Prepare and support presentations, quotes, submittals, and technical product materials.
  • Visit job sites and provide hands-on troubleshooting and technical support as needed.
  • Educate and promote CaptiveAire products through meetings, conference calls, presentations, and product demos.
  • Research and develop new business opportunities with both new and existing customers.
  • Manage installations in progress, including schedules and plans to ensure timely equipment delivery.
  • Support customers and contractors with service, wiring help, and remote troubleshooting.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve processes and the customer experience.

Requirements

  • 0-5 years of experience.
  • 4-year technical degree in mechanical, electrical, construction, or science-oriented curriculum preferred.
  • Excellent computer, organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and passion for continuous learning.
  • Strong desire to interface with customers.
  • Willingness to embrace new technologies and demonstrate business savvy.
  • Aggressive drive to succeed and a strong work ethic.
  • Willing to travel for various training opportunities.
  • FE Exam completion within 6 months of employment for engineering graduates, if not already completed.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
