Description

  • Build relationships with existing and new customers through outside sales meetings and calls.
  • Provide application engineering and design support for a wide range of ventilation applications.
  • Support inside sales, quotes, submittals, presentations, and technical product discussions.
  • Manage installations in progress, including schedules and plans to ensure equipment arrives on site when needed.
  • Provide service and technical support for existing equipment and troubleshoot issues on job sites or remotely.
  • Work directly with engineers, contractors, end users, and food service dealers.
  • Educate and promote CaptiveAire products through meetings, conference calls, presentations, and product demos.
  • Research and develop new business opportunities with both new and existing users.
  • Deliver strong customer service and continuously improve processes and the customer experience.
  • Travel to job sites and training opportunities as needed.

Requirements

  • 0-5 years of experience.
  • 4-year technical degree in mechanical, electrical, construction, or a science-oriented curriculum preferred.
  • Excellent computer, organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability with a passion for continuous learning.
  • Strong desire to work directly with customers.
  • Ability to embrace new technologies and demonstrate business acumen.
  • Aggressive, driven attitude with a strong desire to succeed.
  • Willingness to travel for training opportunities.
  • FE Exam completion within 6 months of employment for engineering graduates, if not already completed.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
