Description

  • Support the Sales team with technical validation during sales cycles, including discovery sessions, product demonstrations, and deal strategy.
  • Tailor and configure demo environments to show how the platform supports complex commission plans and data structures.
  • Own the technical win by aligning the solution to prospect challenges, goals, and value drivers.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to identify and help shape future platform features.
  • Build trusted relationships with prospects and customers through industry expertise and thought leadership.
  • Work cross-functionally to improve internal processes and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Mentor team members and share best practices to strengthen team performance.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience configuring and selling software, preferably in technology or SaaS.
  • Strong time management, organization, and presentation skills.
  • Deep technical aptitude and curiosity for learning new technologies in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience building Excel models or working with a programming language such as SQL or Python.
  • Ability to communicate professionally in emails, customer requirements, and formal RFP responses.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with product, support, marketing, and other teams.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to contribute to a positive team culture.
  • Proficiency with CRMs such as Salesforce, ERPs such as Netsuite, and/or billing systems such as Zuora.
