Description

  • Develop new core product capabilities from the ground up using Django, Python, and React.
  • Collaborate closely with Product and Design to turn ambiguous problems into technical solutions.
  • Optimize platform performance by identifying and resolving bottlenecks.
  • Drive requirements and support migration to a new common platform across products.
  • Maintain code quality, automated testing, and observability standards.
  • Mentor other engineers on the team.
  • Help define and productize AI capabilities within the new EPM offering.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation to provide after-hours support and maintain system uptime.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of software engineering experience with full-stack proficiency in Python, React/TypeScript, and databases.
  • Understanding of how to leverage AI tools effectively to ship reliable code quickly.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling products from early stages.
  • Strong systems thinking and architectural judgment.
  • Ability to design data models and APIs that support complex business logic and high data volumes.
  • Customer-centric approach with experience translating customer feedback and business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Experience building and maintaining observable, reliable production systems.
  • Excellent communication skills and product sensibility.
  • Experience with Django is strongly preferred.
  • Experience building AI model feedback loops, AI evaluations, and guardrails is a plus.
