Description

  • Gather and analyze data to identify learning needs and define learning outcomes.
  • Design and build role-based, product-specific learning paths across multiple CaptivateIQ products and user personas.
  • Develop asynchronous learning experiences such as courses, in-product walkthroughs, scenario-based modules, assessments, and job aids.
  • Translate complex product functionality, data flows, and incentive workflows into clear, scalable learning experiences.
  • Become a product expert by working hands-on with the CaptivateIQ application and related workflows.
  • Own release-aligned content updates by partnering with Product to add, revise, or retire learning assets as features change.
  • Turn implementation patterns, UAT scenarios, and troubleshooting themes into repeatable education that reduces Support, Professional Services, and Customer Success volume.
  • Maintain core customer learning journeys in the learning platform, ensuring progression from foundational to advanced topics.
  • Establish and maintain instructional design standards, templates, and patterns for consistency across products and learning paths.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Support, Professional Services, Product, Revenue Operations, and Finance to shape learning goals and source content.
  • Measure learning effectiveness using analytics and improve engagement and outcomes over time.
  • Optimize learning technologies such as LMS, in-product education, and authoring tools to support scalable delivery, tracking, and reporting.
  • Contribute to the long-term education roadmap as new products, workflows, and personas are added.
  • Mentor and coach peer content developers when appropriate.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in learning experience design, instructional design, learning science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience designing learning for complex, technical, multi-product software environments.
  • Proven success building and maintaining asynchronous learning programs at scale, ideally for external customer audiences.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning theory, instructional design best practices, and assessment strategies.
  • Experience creating role-based or persona-driven learning paths for different user types such as builders, maintainers, and finance users.
  • Experience with authoring tools such as Articulate, Rise, Storyline, Captivate, or similar.
  • Experience using an LMS to distribute training and track engagement, completion, and scoring.
  • Ability to independently manage projects in an iterative, fast-moving environment with evolving priorities.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform content and journey decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • A portfolio of learning design samples, including at least one skills analysis and learning design example, one English writing sample, and one multimedia example.
  • Based in Poland and able to collaborate effectively with a distributed team across EMEA and North America time zones.
  • Ability to work flexibly with colleagues across different time zones, including a 6-9 hour overlap.
  • Experience in data modeling, financial systems, or commissions software is preferred.
  • Experience supporting multi-product B2B SaaS environments is preferred.
  • Program or curriculum management experience, such as owning a roadmap or coordinating work across contributors, is preferred.
  • Experience building customer academies or external training programs in platforms like Skilljar or similar is preferred.
  • Experience working in a remote, globally distributed team is preferred.
