Description

  • Solicit and incorporate feedback from students and others into courses and presentations.
  • Maintain expertise in TechELINT.
  • Develop new TechELINT courses, modules, and presentations.
  • Ensure the accuracy and currency of existing TechELINT course materials.
  • Update TechELINT teaching and course materials.
  • Collaborate with others during course development and presentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical science major such as Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Physical Sciences, or a comparable area.
  • 8 or more years of TechELINT experience within the past 15 years.
  • If no technical science degree, 10 or more years of TechELINT experience within the past 15 years.
  • If no technical science degree, prior successful completion of SIGE Course 3810 Intermediate Technical ELINT Analysis or SIGE Course 4810 Advanced Radar Theory, or a published technical paper in a TechSIGINT-related area.
  • TS/SCI clearance and polygraph.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience and qualifications in the context of federal contract labor categories, prior experience, skillsets, education, and certifications may affect compensation.
