Description

  • Lead and grow a distributed engineering team with a culture of trust, psychological safety, and curiosity.
  • Coach, mentor, and manage performance for engineers, especially senior and staff-level talent.
  • Own end-to-end delivery and operational excellence for the AI platform in production.
  • Partner with Product, Design, and cross-functional leaders to define vision, prioritize roadmaps, and align strategy.
  • Help shape CaptivateIQ’s broader AI strategy and how AI is adopted across the product.
  • Provide technical leadership by setting architectural guardrails and guiding major technical decisions.
  • Drive company-wide AI adoption standards and best practices for product teams using the platform.
  • Staff projects strategically and plan for long-term hiring and headcount needs.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation to support timely resolution of critical issues and system uptime.

Requirements

  • Extensive software development experience as an individual contributor.
  • Proven experience as an Engineering Manager নেতৃত্বing distributed software engineering teams.
  • Hands-on experience building and shipping AI-powered products in production, such as LLM orchestration, agent frameworks, or applied ML systems.
  • Understanding of AI system challenges including evaluation, non-determinism, cost, and latency.
  • Broad knowledge of the current state of AI, LLMs, and applied LLM systems.
  • Ability to set technical vision over a 6-12 month horizon and manage a complex project portfolio.
  • Strong product sense with a track record of connecting technical investments to customer and business outcomes.
  • Proven ability to influence technical direction beyond your own team.
  • Experience hiring and developing senior talent.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills in a remote-first environment.
  • High ownership, a growth mindset, and the ability to adapt strategy as conditions change.
  • Preferred: Experience leading AI platform or internal developer tools teams.
  • Preferred: Hands-on experience with LLM orchestration frameworks, MCP integrations, or agent SDK design.
  • Preferred: Background in building AI evaluation and observability infrastructure.
  • Preferred: Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software with complex domain logic.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with Python/Django.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with sales performance management, incentive compensation, or adjacent enterprise domains.
