Description

  • Own the Product Platform strategy and roadmap across shared layers and cross-cutting capabilities.
  • Define how platform primitives evolve to make every product faster to build and more connected.
  • Design platform surfaces with an API-first, interface-first, and agent-ready approach.
  • Stay hands-on with customer workflows, data models, agent behavior, and technical constraints.
  • Drive enterprise readiness across governance, auditability, access control, sandboxing, performance, and reliability.
  • Coach product managers to think holistically, reason through trade-offs, and make structured decisions.
  • Align platform work to measurable company outcomes such as development velocity, API-first coverage, and reduced fragmentation.
  • Collaborate across Engineering, Design, Sales, and CX to build shared context and alignment.
  • Provide after-hours support through an on-call rotation to resolve critical issues and maintain system uptime.

Requirements

  • 4+ years leading product managers.
  • Track record of shaping complex, multi-tenant systems.
  • Deep experience with platform or infrastructure products such as data platforms, APIs, developer platforms, workflow/orchestration engines, or identity and access systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to build reusable primitives and abstractions that serve multiple products, teams, and external builders.
  • Strong API-first instincts with a focus on interfaces, schemas, and contracts before screens.
  • Fluency and genuine curiosity about the AI/agent stack, including MCP, agent tooling, evals, and context management.
  • Strong cross-functional instincts across Engineering, Design, Sales, and CX.
  • Coaching mindset with an investment in developing people’s judgment.
  • Clear, structured thinking that simplifies complexity without losing nuance.
  • Passion for creating environments where product teams do their best, most thoughtful work.
