Description

  • Own the infrastructure product definition, maturity model, intake process, backlog, and multi-quarter roadmap.
  • Establish self-service golden paths for building, shipping, authenticating, observing, and scaling services.
  • Create planning cadences and prioritize platform work across DevOps, Platform, Infrastructure, and engineering teams.
  • Identify infrastructure dependencies early and coordinate delivery across multiple teams.
  • Drive platform maturity toward 24/7 global deployability and reduced maintenance windows.
  • Partner with Infrastructure and Finance on cost attribution, chargeback, and efficiency programs.
  • Increase adoption of CI/CD and developer-platform capabilities, including ArgoCD, service mesh, API gateway, authentication, event streaming, and developer experience tools.
  • Define which infrastructure should remain centralized and which must be portable for deployment in new regions and markets.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience as a TPM, technical product manager, or equivalent, including substantial infrastructure, platform, or developer-experience ownership.
  • Experience managing a multi-team backlog, intake process, roadmap, and effective planning cadence.
  • Technical fluency across compute infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, data stores, networking, and infrastructure cost drivers.
  • Ability to assess technical proposals and partner effectively with senior and staff engineers without needing to write production Terraform.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence adoption across multiple teams without direct reporting authority.
  • Strong scope definition and communication skills, including clearly establishing ownership boundaries.
  • Experience in market-hours-sensitive, regulated, or otherwise risk-sensitive production environments.
  • Experience using AI and automation to reduce program-management toil.
  • Experience with platform maturity models, paved paths, or internal developer platforms preferred.
  • Experience with multi-region infrastructure, capital markets, brokerage, or FinTech infrastructure preferred.
