Description

  • Serve as an analytics partner to Client Services teams by understanding reporting needs and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships as a strategic, consultative advisor focused on client objectives.
  • Translate client requests into clear analytical requirements and actionable reporting for client conversations and decision-making.
  • Advocate for data-driven decision-making across Client Services and leadership.
  • Coach and develop team members while fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Set priorities, manage workloads, and establish clear expectations to meet reporting needs.
  • Support adoption of analytics best practices and tools through training and knowledge sharing.
  • Contribute to the execution and enhancement of client-facing analytics deliverables aligned with business needs.
  • Help develop scalable processes for data collection, analysis, and reporting.
  • Maintain documentation, uphold data quality standards, and support quality controls and departmental standards.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
  • Experience in PBM, health plans, healthcare, or pharmacy benefits.
  • Familiarity with pharmacy claims data and client reporting metrics.
  • Expertise in SQL with strong coding hygiene and documentation practices.
  • Proficiency in Tableau for building and maintaining dashboards and visualizations.
  • Working knowledge of Snowflake or other cloud-based data warehouses.
  • Experience with dbt and GitHub-based workflows.
  • Ability to perform complex analyses and synthesize findings into business insights.
  • Track record of partnering closely with internal and external stakeholders to provide consultative analytics support.
  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to present complex data insights to diverse audiences.
  • Experience managing or mentoring analysts. (preferred)
  • Experience with medical claims data in addition to pharmacy claims. (preferred)
  • Experience working in large-scale, high-growth organizations. (preferred)
  • Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies. (preferred)
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience. (preferred)

  • Salary range of $115,000 to $140,000 USD.
