Description

  • Lead analytical work that supports servicing initiatives and improves operational efficiency.
  • Partner with servicing product management, operations, engineering, and ML teams on strategy and execution.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses to uncover opportunities and inform business decisions.
  • Build and maintain business intelligence tools, pipelines, and reporting capabilities.
  • Design A/B tests and other experiments to evaluate hypotheses about user behavior and servicing initiatives.
  • Create executive-level presentations and narratives to communicate findings and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with analytics engineering and software engineering to improve servicing data infrastructure.
  • Ensure new data sources are made available as the business expands and time to insight is reduced.
  • Mentor junior team members and help foster a culture of excellence in analytics.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in increasingly senior analytical roles in technology and finance.
  • Strong background in payments, product, or operations analytics.
  • Hands-on proficiency in SQL, Python, and/or R.
  • Experience with large datasets, unstructured data, data modeling, and data pipelines.
  • Experience with tools such as Databricks, DBT, Looker, Snowflake, Redshift, Tableau, or Mode.
  • Degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Data Science, or another quantitative field.
  • Strong experience deriving actionable insights from analysis and analytical storytelling.
  • Experience conducting and evaluating A/B tests, ideally in financial or operational settings.
  • Experience in consumer lending or post-origination servicing and/or operations, preferred.
  • Ability to craft executive-ready narratives and influence VP-level decision making, preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate deeply with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities, preferred.
  • Experience coaching and mentoring junior team members on technical subjects, preferred.

  • Anticipated base salary range of $157,000 to $217,500 USD.
  • Target bonuses and annual equity compensation.
