Description

  • Lead analytical work that supports servicing initiatives and efficiency improvements.
  • Partner with product, operations, engineering, and ML teams on recoveries and collections strategy.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses to generate insights and inform decision-making.
  • Build business intelligence pipelines and reporting tools to support the servicing function.
  • Design A/B tests and other experiments to evaluate hypotheses about user behavior and servicing initiatives.
  • Create executive-level presentations that communicate findings and strategic recommendations.
  • Collaborate with analytics engineering and software engineering to expand data capabilities and improve time to insights.
  • Develop and maintain data infrastructure and business intelligence assets as the business scales.
  • Mentor junior team members and help foster a culture of excellence in data and analytics.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in increasingly senior analytical roles in technology and finance.
  • Strong background in payments, product, or operations analytics.
  • Hands-on proficiency with SQL, Python, and/or R.
  • Experience working with large datasets, unstructured data, data modeling, and data pipelines.
  • Experience with tools such as Databricks, DBT, Looker, Snowflake, Redshift, Tableau, or Mode.
  • Degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Data Science, or another quantitative field.
  • Strong track record of deriving actionable insights from analysis and communicating them effectively.
  • Experience designing and evaluating A/B tests, preferably in financial or operational settings.
  • Experience in consumer lending and post-origination servicing and/or operations is preferred.
  • Ability to craft executive-ready narratives and influence VP+ decision-making is preferred.
  • Experience collaborating closely with cross-functional teams is preferred.
  • Experience balancing multiple workstreams and mentoring junior analysts is preferred.

  • Base salary range of $157,000 to $217,500 USD for U.S. remote roles.
  • Target bonuses and annual equity compensation.
